Terms and Conditions

1.1 This Terms and Conditions Agreement ("Agreement") governs the access to and use of the RootsTalk platform and related services ("Platform" or "Services") provided by Neytiri Eywafarm Agritech Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India ("Company").

1.2 This Agreement is entered into between the Company and the entity or individual registering for or using the Platform ("Client").

1.3 By accessing, registering for, or using the Platform, the Client acknowledges that it has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1.4 If the Client does not agree to this Agreement, it shall not access or use the Platform.

1.5 This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between the Parties.
